Recently I took my dog Bibi to a stellar lake and had a small photoshoot. I was pretty happy with the pictures I took and thought I can help out anyone else who might want to take their dog a picture. So without further ado, here are some tips and tricks to take the best photos of your dog.

TIP: Start the shoot either one hour after sunrise or one hour before sunset. Also, make sure your dog's face is hitting the light source.
- Grooming

TIP: Make sure your dog is well groomed.
TRICK: Carry a dog brush in your bag for touch-ups throughout the day.
- Clothes (optional)
TIP: Give your dog some style and buy it some cute clothes, it will make your photo shoot much better. However, if your dog doesn't like clothes you shouldn't force it to wear clothes.
- Angles
TIP: Try to find your dogs best angle by experimenting with various angles to take the perfect picture.
TRICK: Get a dog treat and hold it directly above your camera and it will look like your dog is staring directly at the camera. You can also move the dog treat anywhere you desire to make it seem as though your dog is looking there.
